I'm a UX designer crafting simple and effective solutions for complex systems.
My career began in satellite operations, where I quickly noticed that much of the software we relied on was poorly designed from a UX perspective - complicating our work. This realisation inspired me to transition into UX design.
I'm passionate about designing systems that simplify complex tasks and enhance user experience. My background in satellite operations fuels my drive to create tools that make users' work more efficient and intuitive.
Currently, I am still working in satellite operations where I am taking on side projects that focus on improving the systems the operations team uses. I strongly believe that with good design, complex tasks can be made to feel easy, particularly in industries like satellite operations.
What I do when I’m not working
If you can't find me at my computer, I'm either surfing, hiking, or listening to live music somewhere in Asia or Europe...
Recently, I've been finding tall peaks to climb and taking my film camera along with me
If I need to get out of the south east asian heat, you might find me snowboarding down one of these peaks
When I'm in the gym, I prefer training JuJitsu and Muay Thai over moving heavy weights around
I'm also a bit of an amateur potter and enjoy pottery as a creative outlet
